We collect your display name, email address, and password hash when you create an account. We also collect equipment profiles, job data, chat messages, uploaded files, and usage analytics.
Your information is used to operate the platform, match jobs with compatible makers, process payments, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored securely on our servers. Design files are stored in a secure vault separate from application data. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
Messages sent through the platform are filtered to prevent sharing of personal contact information. This is done to protect all parties and maintain platform integrity. Filtered content is logged for security purposes.
We use session cookies for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the admin. Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes.
